All four are tankless, so none of them needs the pressurised storage tank a traditional under-sink RO system requires. That is the shared starting point — the differences are everything else.
The comparison that actually decides it: PX600 vs PD600-TAM3
These two are rated identically. Both deliver 600 GPD, both are tankless. So the higher price of the PD600-TAM3 does not buy you more water — it buys two specific things: alkaline remineralisation, and a real-time TDS readout that shows what the system is actually removing.
That makes the choice unusually clean. If you want to watch your water quality rather than assume it, the PD600-TAM3 is the one. If volume is the only thing you need, the PX600 covers the same output.
Which one fits your household
Smaller household, want better-tasting RO water → PX500-A
500 GPD with a remineralisation post-filter, and at $379.99 the cheapest way into the line. Standard reverse osmosis strips minerals along with contaminants, which is what makes RO water taste flat; the PX500-A adds a stage to put some back.
Larger household, volume is the constraint → PX600
Built for homes that outgrew a tank-based system and got tired of waiting for a small tank to refill during cooking or entertaining. If your current complaint is speed rather than taste, this is the one to look at.
You want to see the numbers → PD600-TAM3
Same 600 GPD as the PX600, plus alkaline remineralisation and a live TDS reading. Worth the difference only if that readout will actually change what you do.
Heaviest use, and you want alkaline water → PD800-TAM4
800 GPD with a dedicated TAM4 remineralisation stage, at $649.99 the most expensive of the four. This is the one to choose when both demand and mineral balance matter; if only one of the two does, a cheaper model in the line covers it.
What this comparison does not tell you
We have not measured long-term filter life, replacement-cartridge cost, or the actual installed footprint of any of these systems. Frizzlife does not publish those figures on the product pages, and we have not run the units long enough to report our own. If those are the numbers that decide your purchase, ask Frizzlife directly before ordering.
Two cells in the table above are blank for the same reason: the listed price for the PX600, and whether the PX600 includes a remineralisation stage. We would rather leave them empty than guess.
